Candy Coated Chaos

I would like to congratulate the following people as our new elected Candy Coated Royals:

Myself and Coatosilver will be retaining our Royal positions.

I would like to thank everyone that put their hand up to be a Royal. It was just unfortunate we can't everyone but Coat, Faldrok, Ziddan and myself believe this new Royal team is a good mixture of experienced veterans *coughs Coat coughs* and new blood.

I would like to also thank Ziddan, Fladrok, that glamorous gallivanter, Gwen and Kapiolime for their contributions towards the Flag as Royals.

Again, congratulations to the new Royals and I can't wait to work with all of you!

We will hold a flagmeeting on

Sunday 26th 12:00 (noon) gametime

to disucuss the future of the flag and discuss a new set of royals. All flaggies are invited and urged to share their views with us so we can develop the flag in the direction that is most fun for us all.

Topics will be:

Short sumary of current flagstate by Coatosilver
A little summary what we did in the recent past, what we have and can use, what we did in the past
What to do as flag in the near future?
This is where we need the most input of everyone.
What would you like to see the flag doing. What would help you to have fun? What fun things can you think of? Should it more focus on short term things or long term goals? Which ones?
Please think about it ahead of time so we can collect some ideas at the meeting!
What activities need to be done for that?
Once we have an idea of what we want to do: How do we do that? What is needed for it? Do we need to assign people for specific tasks?
Who would good royals and should get a crown?
We currently have some royals that want to step down or are largely inactive. So we need to appoint a new team that gets the needed things done and works well together.
Who do you think would be a good royal?
Who should be represented by royals (crew, playstyle,...)?
Who do you think would be a good team?
Also work a bit ahead and talk to you favorite ppl to try to convince them to take the job.

Of course all this can also be discussed prior to that in /fo chat a bit. Hopefuly we get to some results faster on Sunday then.

Party Time! Party Time! Party Time!

So, in the spirit of CCC (where the good times roll!), we will be throwing a welcoming party to all the new crews and people that have joined our Flag recently.
On the 29th of September from 11am to 1pm, I'll be running mini Events and from 1pm - 2pm there'll be a little social gathering to welcome the new crews.

- Race race it's a race!
